1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ultrawin platform — including but not limited to the sports betting section, live casino lobby, slots games, crash game titles, promotional pages, and account management functions — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and ultrawin (the platform operator). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ultrawin is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.

ultrawin takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended immediately, and any balance held in such accounts will be frozen pending review. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, and any funds deposited by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of features on ultrawin — including deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus credits or winnings generated while inaccurate information was on file.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ultrawin at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If ultrawin detects that a player has created or is operating more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed immediately. Any balance across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ultrawin strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or transfer your account to another person under any circumstances.

ultrawin will never contact you to ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from ultrawin, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately. You agree to notify ultrawin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Players may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ultrawin may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits to ultrawin must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. ultrawin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are credited to your ultrawin account balance in real time for most payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. In rare cases involving bank transfers or card payments, processing times may extend to one to three business days. ultrawin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ultrawin processes withdrawal requests promptly, and in most cases bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

ultrawin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include identity verification, source of funds documentation, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of making a withdrawal request. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. ultrawin will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to withdrawal limits where practicable.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ultrawin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if funds are sourced from a non-BDT account. ultrawin does not accept liability for exchange rate losses incurred outside the platform.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ultrawin offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus rules, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus offer. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, including baccarat and roulette, may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). 5.3 Bonus Abuse

ultrawin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts; using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit a bonus; and any other strategy designed to extract value from a bonus without genuine recreational gambling intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed immediately, and all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ultrawin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, cancellation of withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances. ultrawin reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn via the platform.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ultrawin staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ultrawin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ultrawin makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, game integrity, and transaction reliability, the platform cannot guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ultrawin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; loss of data; or financial losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of information provided on the platform.

ultrawin's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ultrawin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
